HOW TO TELL IF YOUR FACILITATOR IS USING OFFICIAL MELCHIZEDEK METHOD SEMINAR MANUALS
Please note: As a participant of a Melchizedek Method seminar, if you wish to continue on to the higher levels of teaching, by another Facilitator, your serial numbers for the seminars you have taken MUST be recorded at the Head Office on our seminar participant database. This should be taken care of by your Facilitator at the end of your seminar, but we invite you to check with us here at the Head Office anytime for peace of mind.
If you are a Facilitator, seminar manuals and materials MUST be purchased from an official Melchizedek Method office. When in doubt, always contact the Head Office in Australia FIRST. Our official overseas offices are listed here.
If we cannot trace your ascension through the teachings via official Melchizedek Method Facilitators who support the running of the Melchizedek Method network (and such tools as this website) then you will not permitted to attend these seminars until we can determine your lineage. When proof can not be determined, you will not be permitted to attend these gatherings and events, so please take every care to ensure that you are receiving the teachings as they have been handed down. The Head Office has complete records of seminar attendances, and we are working closely with our Facilitators on a daily basis. Any upcoming seminars on our seminar lists can be confidently approached as having been already approved by our Head Office!
Since the commencement of Alton’s Level Three tour in mid 2001, all manuals sent out for Facilitator seminars have been serial numbered, just like Alton’s Level Three seminar manuals. Along with these manuals are also sent agreements AND certificates for the seminar participants. Together, each seminar manual, agreement and certificate form a matching set, with all serial numbers recorded on our database alongside seminar participants’ names.
WHY THE CHANGE?
Under the old system which has been in place since the beginning of the Melchizedek Method, Facilitators were sent manuals and agreement forms, and upon completion of the seminar these agreement forms were sent back to the Head Office whereupon certificates for the participants were printed and sent out via mail to the seminar participants directly. This created many problems due to:
agreement forms being lost in the mail and not reaching the Head Office, or;
certificates being lost in the mail and never reaching the intended participant.
Also, a great number of address details written down by seminar participants were either not correct or had changed in the time it took between the agreement form being sent in to us and the certificate being received at the other end.
After much consideration, it was decided that the best way to ensure that all seminar participants received their certificates without delay was to send certificates for each manual out to the Facilitators. Those Facilitators who have ordered their manuals in the past 8 months or so from the Head Office have found this new system to be a wonderful step in the right direction. Of course, filled in agreements still need to be sent back to the Head Office to complete the registration process.
No participant’s seminar status is updated on our database until we have received the signed agreement forms, and it is this recorded status of what Level has been achieved in the Melchizedek Method teachings that qualifies participants for attending future seminars at higher levels of teaching, including Equinox Events and Alton’s own Melchizedek Method seminars.
PLEASE NOTE: No certificates will be mailed out from the Melchizedek Method Offices any more. ALL manuals purchased from the Offices will come with agreement forms and certificates in a serial numbered set as standard, and filled in agreement forms must be returned to the originating office to complete participant registration. Any agreements received WITHOUT serial numbers commencing from April 1, 2002, will not be validated, and certificates will not be printed out and mailed out.
Any participant or Facilitator who receives a manual without a serial number, and matching agreement form certificate without serial numbers, are asked to contact the Head Office so that we can determine the validity of such items.
