QUESTIONS and ANSWERS

These answers are mostly drawn from Barbra's own experience hosting and teaching Melchizedek Method seminars over the years, and also from her direct consultation with Alton when it was necessary.

Where available the question will be listed, but for some answers we have no question on record, so the context of the answer will be necessary for the reader to frame the appropriate question in some cases..

Q - I do the Level 3 Daily Routine Longer Version almost every day. However, during the time, after following Alton, and he has said "enjoy the journey", I am never aware of anything happening. I wonder whether on higher levels than the physical actually there are things occurring which I am in fact experiencing on one or more levels or bodies.

Is there anything else I can do, or should be doing, to ensure that the benefits from the daily routine mediation are being received?

A - I believe what you say is true, that we are receiving whatever we need when we make that connection with our Body Elemental, Higher Self and I AM Presence plus guides etc. I do not believe we miss out on anything just because we are not aware of "the journey". We are multi-dimensional beings so we will be receiving on many levels of existence.

We are being told more and more to just be, so I feel it is important that we let go of the having to do all the time. Letting go of our need to control everything, learning to just be, and staying in the moment are becoming more and more important ...so as Alton says..."enjoy the journey" , whatever it may be.

Q - Which direction does the Sri Yantra spherical flow (Level 3 & 4) come from?

A - The Sri Yantra pattern and the AUM come from the core of the earth spherically. It is all around us and the sound never stops...it consumes us.

Do not think of it in a linear way...spirit have asked us to give it direction and to draw it though our time space continuum. When we activate our Merkabah this sound/energy pattern is drawn from the core of the earth through us from behind spherically. It is a matrix all around us and we will hear it constantly when we are enlightened.

Q - Is it OK to form the orbital holograms, give commands, etc. without blowing? I ask this because blowing forcefully requires effort, and the force of the exhalation is distracting and irritating. Also, it tends to make one slip out of the desired state of consciousness or relaxation. Would it therefore be OK to omit the blowing altogether, or perhaps substitue the blowing by a normal inhale/exhale through the nose?

A - Expelling the breath under pressure is meant to reinforce your thought intention...it is really like underlining it. Again it is up to the individual how best to express this breath...My experience of teaching this course is that some people are happy to really expel the breath while others are quite content to gently puff and both are acceptable.

Q - Can we go directly to 1 million times God Speed when working with the holograms, instead of going through all the different speeds?

A - If you have worked with 1million times God Speed and feel comfortable with that then use it....this wonderful method is so flexible and can be adapted to the individual need and comfort.

Q - In Level 2, I was told by my instructor that if the things we placed in the abundance hologram did not manifest within 3 weeks, then they were not supposed to manifest and we could stop trying to get said thing after 3 weeks. Is this correct?

A - If the program has not manifest in that period maybe you could go through the process again and place the command using different words....there may also be a block to you manifesting so you could ask for help in resolving any limitation or impediment to you coming into your abundance...personally I would be very focused and continue as it may only be a time factor that is in place. It really depends on how you feel about the process.....patience and trust are two key words that keep coming up......

Q - I would like to confirm, however, the following: so it's OK not to blow at all (or to do it nasally) if we don't feel like it while making holograms?

A - I spoke to Alton yesterday regarding your question about the breath and he added to my bit by saying that our breath is sacred and is an expression of the breath of GOD, it is the breath of Life....he also agreed with what I passed onto you that it is an emphasis of your thought intention.....I guess from here it is up to you to express that breath how you feel best to do so. Remember in this new energy of 5th Dimension there is no right or wrong.....its just up to us as individuals to work with this wonderful tool as we feel drawn to do.

Q - When doing the abundance meditation in Level 2, do we form a new "empty" abundance hologram every day, or do we simply form or "recall" the same abundance hologram we created the day before (or since we started with the three requests we are now using), with the requests already in it? (of course, then proceeding to insert the same requests into it again).

Also, can we place more than 3 requests into the hologram and is there any difference in speed of manifestation in such a case?

A - No, we do not have to empty it each day...we simply keep reinforcing the program that has been placed in the hologram and we do this at least once a day until the item or whatever was placed in as your abundance request is manifested. Once it is manifested you then start again.

It is suggested that there be no more than 3 requests at any one time.

The speed of manifestation will hinge on your belief system and whether it is for your divine higher good. It is important to focus and energise the abundance hologram often.

Q - During the Combined 1 & 2 seminar, a woman experienced nausea while activating the orbital-spin from chakras, both color & platinum. Do you know of anyone else that may have had a similar reaction? At the time I suggested that she drink more water, and that it's probably due to intensity of the work we're doing, in such a short time. But she claims that it keeps happening, in her meditations on orbital spin, at home, too. I know that she is taking pain medication for a torn-shoulder-muscle, and she chose to do a few major changes in her life (where she ignored my suggestion to spread them out) that are stressing her out, too.

A - The feeling of nausea has come up before but usually only lasts a short time and after the merkabah has been activated a few times it rights itself. Its usually that the persons energy is a little out of balance when first working with these high energies. It may be a good suggestion that she really focus on balancing the earth energy...it could be again that the elements are out of balance...especially the Earth/Air.

Drinking plenty of water will help but I do think she will need to make a stronger connection to her body elemental and ask for their assistance in bringing this matter to a resolution. Doing a meditation with Sananda taking your participant on a journey to either a forest or the sea and asking to be introduced and connected to her Body Elemental and listening for their name may help....very simple process ...only takes a few minutes....Allow some time for the connection.

Q - Regarding pages 25 and 26 of the L3 Manual, the platinum orbital spins, rotating in the backwards direction but occupying the same space as the coloured orbits, are not mentioned. Do the Platinum Ray backward orbital spins comprise part of the Four Light Body Groups?

A- the Platinum is still there as you can see in the KL Formulas. It is being brought in at the levels 14 to 20 and is still there to balance and clear. Other than that we do not need to focus on it....it is a part of the process.

Q - What is K.L. an abbreviation of? (Level 3) I get different answers and don't knows (from L3's). I suspect it means Kadmon Lightbody?

A - KL is abbreviated for Kamadon Love levels.

Q - What is the minimum period that one must keep between attunements for MM1&2; MM3 & MM4 e.g. a few days, weeks or months? I have someone enquiring about this as they want to do as many as possible when I visit them for 10 days.

A - This is up to the Facilitator and the individual to decide. I do feel it is a big ask to do all four levels in 10 days and I do not see how it can be done as the combined seminar would take 4 days, then 3 days for level Three and possibly three to four days for Level Four. This is a lot to ask of yourself and your student. A break between gives the participant some time to integrate the levels. The Melchizedek Method is working with very powerful energies and you may find that your student will not actually know until they start doing the seminars. I have found that some people can handle the energies very well and are quite happy to just keep going while others get to a point of saturation where they are not able to take any more information or meditations without there being a period of rest. Be guided by your own intuition.

Q - In level four w/regards to the "matter-muon crystal light cell thought mind clearing "excercise I thought that this excercise was to be done in a clockwise direction but in this manual it's illustrated in an counterclockwise direction.Which way is correct? Please clarify.

A - When you are clearing energy you do it in an anti-clockwise rotation and when you are drawing in positive energy from God it is clockwise. That's why everything in Level Four is clockwise as we are now connecting and drawing on the Divine energy flow of God. As we have progressed through the various levels the rotations have continued to change direction...we have now reached the point of drawing an androgenous flow to us. The Matter Muon etc is clearing the thinking mind and releasing old thoughtforms that no longer serve us.

Q - I have just enjoyed reading through your 'help page' and would appreciate a few words on 'phowa' as a 'being' (layooesh amen-ptaah. phowa, quan yin, gabriel, buddha) because I only know it as a transference of consciousness yoga at time of death.

A - If you have a copy of the Keys of Enoch it is explained in Key 110 which is used when we do the Pineal Meditation. These five names are representative of the 5 Sacred Languages of Amen-Ptah...Egyptian, Phowa...Tibetan, Kuan Yin...Chinese, Gabriel...Hebrew, Buddha....Sanskrit. They form a Mantra unifying the biochemical languages working horizontally and vertically in the body with Hebrew the Divine Vector unifying all languages of the Third Eye. Egyptian and Chinese are horizontal and Tibetan and Sanskrit are vertical.
It would be clearer if you could read that whole key...it's really very interesting. Also, at the back of the Keys of Enoch is this explanation of Phowa...Tib. "Consciousness of Light".....

Q - I would like to know what is the difference between the Flower of Life given by Drunvalo and the Melchizedek Method. I have graduated from the Flower of Life and would like to see some more information than that given through the internet. The Melchizedek Method uses more sacred geometries?

A - I also did the Flower of Life seminar approx. 7 years ago with Alton. The Melchizedek Method still uses the Flower of Life concept but evolved further into a spherical, non-polarised form, and all the sacred Geometry is still there included, but as we are now working with spherical time and energy, so the Flower of Life has evolved and grown from the original concept.

The Melchizedek Method is about activation of the Hologram of Love Merkaba rotating field of Light and is constantly working with unconditional love energy, and all meditations and initiations are done with heart connection and activation. It also is working towards Lightbody Activation and as we move through the stages of each Level of this wonderful modality it is expanding us into GOD and our own Divinity.....it is about letting go of all programs and belief systems from our parents, society, past lives etc and moving into an expansive consciousness of freedom and unity with all that is....it works on helping us to let go of anything that is restricting or limiting us on attaining our full potential as an expression of GOD and a spark of Divine. It helps us to access original thoughtform and emotion from past, present and parents......

Beginning firstly with a single Hologram and then into a Triple Hologram in Level One, the teachings progress and evolve to suit our growth as we are evolving continuously. Level Two of the Melchizedek Method then uses Orbital Merkabah energy, and with Level Three it is Light Body Activation...very powerful and very beautiful. Level Four will embrace higher evolutions of these structures, and while the Flower of Life teachings embrace a fundamental architecture to enable us to ignite our LightBodies, the Melchizedek Method provides more fluid and advanced techniques (that aren't static) to arrive at this result, and then takes the LightBody out into the Universe for exploration.

All the Meditations/initiations work on and with your heart energy, expanding it into the unconditional love element that is the core of our being...it also gradually breaks down old belief systems and programs allowing us to see the true light of who we are....the GOD within. It is now time for us to acknowledge this truth...we are GOD...created in his image and it is time for that light to shine. When we can do that we can then begin to see GOD in all beings and all things and with that awareness we are able to move into non judgement...of ourself and others. I have been teaching this wonderful tool now for approx. four years and have seen the transformations and changes that it has had on the people who have done the course with me....... (BB)

Q - What is your relationship to Drunvalo? Are there differences?

A - We do not have any relationship to Drunvalo apart from the fact that we are many who are a part of the Melchizedek lineage.

The name Melchizedek is mentioned many times in the Bible and actually means "Eternal Lord of Light". There are many who are working with this light that form part of the communities of light around the Planet.

The information regarding the Flower of Life is the basis of Drunvalo's teaching and he brought the information forward for mankind. What we work with in the Melchizedek Method has its basis in the Flower of Life but has moved beyond the flat linear concept into, firstly, a holographic form of the F of L into Level One a Triple Hologram (incorporating the drawing together of male and female energies into a balance of the yin and yang) and then in Level Two we move into an Orbital process of activating our Merkaba and now in Level Three we are expanding our energy into the connection to our Lightbody.

The original concept of the Flower of Life has evolved as we have evolved and will continue to do so in accordance with the growth of Mother Earth. Nothing stays the same and so we need to accept our pathway to en-lightenment which is growing beyond all limitations, thought processes, parental programming and belief systems that we may have taken on board somewhere in our past. The Melchizedek Method hands us the tools to do this. I have been teaching this now for approximately 4 years and have seen some amazing transformations as people learn to take back their power and stand in it. WE are amazing beings and have had the belief that what you see is all there is...NOT SO! We are so much more, so much! WE are now learning to see and be proud of our light and come into the unconditional Love that is the Universe. (BB)

Q - I am interested in the Light paradigm of physicality you mentioned on page 84 of the MM III manual. If we do not know how the light paradigm of physicality will work then how can we really know that if we ascend whether or not we can also experience the light paradigm of physicality? It sounds interesting. I rather feel that there will not be such a strict separation of the levels and that we could choose to experience this after ascension if we so choose, or maybe visit there as an ascended being and commune with the people in the Light Paradigm of physicality.

A - When we entered this physical paradigm we chose to experience the 26,000 year cycle. Many people of the Human Soul group that are in physical do not choose to ascend. They have entered partway through that cycle, possible coming in at 5,000 or 10,000, and are not meant to experience the whole of the 26,000 years of duality of the 3rd Dimensional paradigm. They are choosing or have chosen to experience only a part of the duality and a part of existing in the3rd dimensional paradigm of Pure Light. Ascension is not a part of their reality.

According to Thoth, those of us that are electing to ascend at this time will be "hailed as the most powerful Masters because of the 26,000 year experience." Eventually those that have chosen to experience part duality and part Paradigm of light will be the most powerful. Alton has also added that this is the way humanity has evolved since the beginning of time. (BB)

Q - The Sri Yantra that the MM-III manual displays has an upward pointing triangle in the middle and the whole mid- yantra configuration is effected by 5 upward pointing and 4 downward pointing triangles. Is this a mistake or a deliberate design ? I am asking this specially because in India and also in other books that I have consulted the triangle in the middle is downward pointing and the mid-yantra structure effected by 4 upward and 5 downward pointing triangles. I am now confused as to which is the proper Sri Yantra diagram. Please clarify which is to be adopted and why.

A - The Sri Yantra is the Sri Yantra and the diagrams as shown on page 27 and 28 of the manual are for purpose of example only. The spherical form of the Sri Yantra is rotating as it moves through and so will appear at different angles as it rotates. Remember it is your thought intention that is most important and so try not to let your mind confuse you with the intricacies as Thoth stresses in Level 1. We are guided continually during the various Levels by our Body Elemental, Higher self and I AM presence and then connected to GOD so there is no wrong way. All will be perfect. (BB)

Q - I am a little unsure about the colour of the powerballs. When we draw down 3 powerballs at the 33rd, 20nd and 13th chakra, are we to think all of them as white? I have to ask this because my visualisation colours do affect me strongly.

A - My understanding is that the colour of the Powerballs is now Translucent white. (BB)

Q - I am still in love with the MM- I & II techniques. I just love saying 13: 20: 33 and I love doing the MM-I Shambhalla and H.o. Amenti meditations. My questions are :-

• (a) Is there a way I can still chant 13:20:33 in the MM-III techniques ?
• (b) Alton had said in the Chennai seminar that we can still use the MM-I & II techniques after drawing down the Powerball Unity Merkabah. But some of these MM I & II techniques still chanting 13:20:33 - is that okay ?

Q - Regarding level lll: Is the orbital merkabah still a part of the level three merkabah? This would include all six holograms with their colors. And what do you mean by "Pause, making sure that the 33rd degree Adam Kadmon Christ counsciousness Powerball is engaged into the extra sensitive layer of the grid abaove you, and also just underneath you into the Earth." Is the Adam Kadmon Christ consciousness Powerball a part of the New Unity Merkabah?

A - The Orbital Merkabah has now expanded to include and encapsulate the 33 chakras. As we progress from one level to the next of the MM so the energy increases enabling us to tap into higher levels of consciousness.

Pause just means take a few moments to either visualise or have a sense of the connection to extra sensitive layer and to Mother Earth. The Adam Kadmon Christ Consciousness Powerball is now the new Unity Merkabah. As each chakra is connected to a Triple Hologram it is now made up of 99 spinning holograms...33 chakras multiplied by 3. Very Powerful!!! Very beautiful! (BB)

Q - I had just taken a class for the Melchizedek Method and was wondering if there were any others uses for it that were not mentioned in the book. Also I know that practice makes perfect so I will do the exercises. Are the Orbitals and Holograms permanent when I call one forth? I had heard that they fade; if that's true, why is that?

A - When I taught my first seminar I was given the opportunity of "having a chat" with Thoth and in that dialogue he said to be creative in the teaching of it and also in the use of it so if you can come up with other ways that the Holograms may be used please go for it.

I feel very strongly because the energy that the Holograms are is unconditional love there are no negatives. You would not be able to programme them with a negative command as they just wouldn't be able to respond to that thought form.

The Holograms and Orbitals are one and the same thing ...it is just that the Orbitals have evolved from the Triple Hologram and are more powerful but they will fade if they are not energised by your thought at least once a day...although you could program them to continue their work for as long as is necessary. The Holograms are a part of your consciousness so they need your energy to keep them activated. If you are using them to heal a person they will need to be energised by you for you are the creator of that healing process. (BB)

Q - It is stated that there are 45 crystal Powerballs, total. In the illustration on page 67 in the Level III manual there are 45 if you don't count the basic chakras shown in the physical body from the crown down through the root. I get 45 by counting the earth star crystal powerball, the 8 cells crystal power ball, the nine in the head, the thirty three over the head above the crown chakra and the crystal powerball in Archturus. Do the first eight above the crown chakra represent the eight chakras in the body? Because if you add 45 and 8 you get 53 crystal powerballs in all. Are the higher chakras above the head like that, OR are the higher chakras concentric like the bodies of light illustrated on page 21. I am really looking forward to some clarity on this illustration and where the higher chakras reallly are? and are the higher chakras shaped like and operate like the basic eight chakras in the body?

A - There are 33 powerballs including the 8 physical body chakras plus one for the original 8 cells one for the Earth Star one for Archturus plus the nine in the head making 45 Powerballs. We are now working with 32 chakras including the 8 physical body chakras which are Lower Earth so the remaining 24 chakras are broken up into 8 Cosmic bodies (fire) 8 Divine Bodies (Water) 8 God Illumined (Air) and the 33rd is the Quintessence God Vibration A.K. Light Shield. The diagram on page 67 is showing to many above the head. Refer to page 24 and 25. Page 20 also explains about the activation process. Each of the chakras is activated spherically around us all moving in the same direction now to bring about a state of androgeny or a complete balance of yin and yang. This whole activation process is the new Merkabah and the colour disks are also a part of that. Please read page 22 which also has an explanation. (BB)

Q - This thing about the three powerballs connected: I thought this was concentric and that the inner one only went out to the thirteenth, and then next connected to the 13th chakra came the next powerball which went out to the 20th chakra only, and then the next powerball connected at the 20th and went out to through the 33rd layer. But instead, are they all one size and simply interconnect with each other? A - Each Powerball will encapsulate the layers that fall beneath each one but the important point is that they actually connect to the levels of consciousness..ie. Higher Self, I AM Presence and the GOD source. They cannot be one size as they are moving out from the centre and getting larger as they move through the layers of consciousness. I hope this helps to clarify this for you. (BB)

Q - In relation to the Kamadon Healing technique pg 81, under the KL formulas the next thought intention is, Transfer crystal powerball antennae and encode. Thats the one Iam unsure of. Can you help me?

A - Please refer to pages 65, 66, 67...Light Intelligence Antenna to Metatron....the way I understand it is that you are transferring the connection that you have made to the higher wisdom and healing , through this antenna, to the person you are working with and asking that this then be encoded with whatever that person needs at that time. Q - Is the Three-Breath Triple Hologram of Love Merkaba (Level One) meditation on pp. 26-27 supposed to be replaced by Triple Merkaba Activate on p. 91? If so, where has the "arc illuminate" step come from? It is part of Activating the Ankh (pp. 48-50), but what is it doing here?

A - Yes, it is part of activating the ankh and it is included in page 91 as it this activation is included in the daily routine and is abbreviated. (BB)

Q - Is it possible (advisable) to do the Bi-Location technique, p. 40, by yourself? Or at this point does it need the combined energy of three people?

A - Yes, you can try this by yourself. Remember that it is always your thought intention that is the most important projection....you can do anything....it is only our minds that put limitations on us. (BB)

Q - In The 33 Count, p. 51, there are two successive steps:

• Repeat LAY-OO-ESH continually.
  
• Hold in God Source LAY-OO-ESH.
  

What does this second step mean? Should the two steps really be combined into one: Hold in God Source and repeat LAY-OO-ESH continually?

A - Lay-oo-esh simply means "pillar of light" so it is actually calling on the light to cleanse and clear. (BB)

Q - In Healing Specific Parts of the Body, p. 62, there is the following sentence:

• The only difference is that when you are working on a particular body
  part you must return it back to rotate around that body part and command it
  to keep rotating at 33 times God speed until heaing is complete.
  

What does the word "it" refer to?

A - "it" refers to the hologram that you have commanded to come forward that represents that particular body part. (BB)

Q - In Healing with Multiple Holograms, p. 64, there is a note:

• All healing holograms, including the maxi, are TRIPLE WHITE holograms.
  

If all healing holograms are indeed white (rather than gold, silver, and white), shouldn't we have been told this before? Why is this information hidden away in a note?

A - This information is not hidden away...page 59 states that when working with the body computer or body part and once the clearing or healing has taken place the hologram is solid white light..also page 60, third dot from the bottom again mentions pure white light. (BB)

Q - What IS a maxi-hologram? We are just told you use one, but it's not explained (unless it is just the result of combining several holograms).

A - Yes, this is correct.....the exercises in the manual are there as a guide but we are meant to be creative in the use of them..again this is only limited by our thought processes...the holograms represent unconditional love so there can be no negatives. They use God energy. (BB)

Q - In What is a Meridian?, p. 71, (Level One) there is a reference to the "time light continuum." Is this just a misprint for "time space continuum"?

A - These are acupressure vessels. They are the pathways of positive (male) and negative (female) energy power or yin and yang. These are used in chinese medicine and also by acupuncturists. Light and space mean the same thing in this context. (BB)

Q - In Balancing the Meridians (Yin and Yang) (Level One) Through the Wrist Pulse, p. 72, there is a step: "Now, activate your merkaba once again with the last breath...." Does this just refer to doing only the "third breath" of the merkaba activation on pp. 26-27 (etc.)?

A - Yes. (BB)

Q - Many a times I fall asleep with the CD recording on - will the encoding still go into my cellular system?

A - Yes....we absorb things on many levels not just the physical. (BB)

Q - I just don't know what to say to my earth-keeper and he isn`t making any effort to talk to me either!

A - Just allow time for the connection...please do this from your heart not your mind...imagine that your heart has a mouth and ears..it's more about getting the information on an intuitive level. (BB)

Q - Everytime I finish with a meditation the crystal becomes very hot - what does that mean?

A - It means that you and your crystal are generating some wonderful energy. (BB)

Q - How do I activate my spiritual name?

A - You can do a very simple meditation and call on Lord Sananda to introduce you to your Higher Self. Or access the temple at the level of the higher self (KL13 ) and call on the Kamadon Grand Master and the Kamadon Elementals (if you wish) to help you access this information. Accept the first name that comes to you...again do this from your heart, not your mind. (BB)

Q - Is the orbital merkabah part of the Level three merkabah? On pages 44 and 45 you activate the orbital merkabah as one of the first steps to bringing in the Kamadon Temple of Love. Then further in the meditation you also bring in the Powerball Unity Merkabah. Why both? Are you blending them together? The orbital merkabah is not in the diagram on page 39, at least not visually.

A - The Orbital is used initially as we are lead into the new Unity Powerball activation. It (the Orbital) is then blended as we expand into the new Merkabah and is not referred to again. (BB)

Q - Recently, I have been activating both the Triple and Orbital Merkaba to get relief from muscle pain. I use free weights and am a polio survivor so pretty much anything can set my nerve endings on edge and bring on a level of significant pain. I am 59 years old and refuse to give up the free weights so when the muscles in my left arm act up, I just send the Merkabas from shoulder to fingertips and the pain magically disappears. Now, I wonder why I did not do the activation sooner. Anyway, that is not why I am writing. I am writing to ask if I can use the Triple and/or Orbital Merkabas on my eyes. I don't remember from the seminars if there were restrictions regarding the eyes. I have recently been diagnosed with both cataracts and Fuchs Dystrophy...both eventually lead to blindness. For whatever reason, the cataract surgery continues to be postponed. The first opportunity was Dec 27 which I declined due to holiday travel. However the next date, Jan 10 was moved to Feb 28 due to the doctor becoming ill and now has been moved (once again) to Mar 4 because the same doctor has been placed on medical leave due to illness. New Mexico is short of doctors. So, since it is being delayed I thought I would give the Merkabas a go. As an FYI, the only known medical alternative for Fuchs is cornea transplant...and only after traversing a very long, painful (not to mention marginal eyesight) road of degeneration. However, I do not know if there is a particular process to follow. I was considering a simple process...activating a Merkaba in each eye at 99,000 times Godspeed (not necessarily in a meditative state) but before I did, I wanted to hear from you first.

A - I feel strongly that you are being given the opportunity to work on your eyes yourself while you wait. It seems to me that as the op is being rescheduled and is getting further away that this is a good opportunity for you to work with this wonderful tool. Apply the Holograms as you are guided...make the connection to your Golden Triangle and then proceed as you have said. Go through the full activation and then apply the Orbitals to your eyes making sure that you include the thought form that created the problem initially...this could be a programme from some point in time way in the past that is now coming up to be cleared. You do need to be focussed and diligent so it would be beneficial if you do the healing each day and energise the holograms as many times a day as you can by your thought intention. (BB)

Q - Is it just a coincidence between the KL13 (page 23) and the Chakra 13 where the "Higher self" resides? I noticed the number is not the same for "I AM Presence". It's at KL26 (page 23) whereas it's at Chakra 20 in the Combined levels 1 & 2 manual (page 53).

A - The I AM Presence is at 26th Chakra. There is an explanation on page 11 of the Level Two Manual showing that the Sacred Name of God reduces to 26 and this is the level of the I AM Presence. I feel we have assumed it was at the 20th because of the 13/20/33 encoding into the Christ consciousness. Also see page 13 of the Level One manual for the explanation of the 13/20/33. 20 equals the awakening. (AK)

Q - If the commands (Level One Acitvations) are supposed to be simple, why aren't simple versions of them in the book?

A - Page 91 is the simple process. It is like most things, long in the learning but then reduced to a simple process....like riding a bike or learning to swim. Our body is a computer and works the same way so it needs to be programmed which is the long version of the course but once we have the programme of ESE or Ankh we do not need to go through the whole procedure each time we want to activate them....just the simple command of ESE and the body computer knows what to do automatically. The same applies to the Abundance Meditation...once you have the programme within the Hologram in the Solar Plexus you simply need to energise the whole encodement by your thought projection only and this can be done whenever you think about it, many times a day if you wish. (BB)

Q - This "simple" method of just saying a word to invoke a process: can it be used to keep the Merkaba active? So we just "think Merkaba"? In any case, I'm wondering why, when we activate the Merkaba, it stops being active anyway, and how long it takes for this to happen. Does it become inactive, say, at night? Can we reach a point in our learning where it become active all the time?

A - With the Activation of the Merkaba it is important to keep activating it as often as you can, at least once a day but preferrably more often as the more you activate it and keep it open the stronger it becomes...the stronger you energy field is and consequently the more light you project. The process would be different for each person as we are all so individual and some have stronger fields than others, so the time the Merkaba stays active would therefore depend on the individual...also the strength of our commitment or degree of thought intention would also play a part. It is simple to to keep activated as it is only the last two commands that do that....13:20:33 Triple Merkaba Activate.......Phase Lock. Disk Expand. Thats it!! So simple....that's what I love about this wonderful tool. (BB)

Q - Is it possible to practice the Melchizedek Method meditation while being pregnant?

A - It is quite OK for people to do the seminar and work with the meditations while they are pregnant...the energy is unconditional love so the baby will absolutely love it and the benefits will be just wonderful. (BB)

Q - I am wondering. Can you explain a little more about what the elementals are we work with in the Level III? I know Cambiel and Ariel are two, but what or who exactly are they? What is an elemental? A deva? Fairy? What?

A - The Elementals are explained in the Level One Manual page 55 or page 124 in the Combined Manual. This page refers to your body elemental but it also describes what an elemental is. There are elementals for just about everything and I know a healer here in Australia that works with on the premis that there is an elemental for every organ and function in our body. If she has lung disorder she calls on the elemental of the lung to help her, and so on. They could be compared to a specialist in our 3D world, ie. Heart Specialist or Ear Nose and Throat specialist etc. We need to always make the connection to our own Body Elemental and the Body Elemental of the person we are working with when starting the healing process. This is very important. (BB)

Q - Can you please explain the meaning of Adam Kadmon, or even Kadmon?

A - Your Adam Kadmon is your LightBody. The LightBody has the ability to take on any form necessary to create and teach all manner of thinking creation. The Adam Kadmon is bestowed upon the Light Body which then becomes and extension of YHWH. This is the explanation given in the Keys of Enoch. This book is invaluable if you are teaching as it has an amazing reference section or index in the back. I feel it is a must if you are a Facilitator. (BB)

Q - When I took the class last fall, I experienced a huge amount of fear. I know that the fear kept me from experiencing what I should have experienced in the meditations. I have been working on the fears, etc. since then. I really do want to take this seminar with a more peaceful & grounded presence. I know I can do this without feeling sick & fearful!

A - You are doing well. In the process of doing the course our fears, programs and belief systems can come on line to be released. As the fears surface just be willing to release them and you can actually say that....I AM 100% WILLING TO RELEASE THIS FEAR (OR PROGRAM OR BELIEF SYSTEM) THROUGH ALL TIME FRAMES, ALL DIMENSIONS AND ALL POINTS OF EXISTENCE. IF THERE IS ANY ISSUE I NEED TO LOOK AT WITH REGARD TO RELEASING AND SURRENDERING THIS PLEASE SHOW ME. This is just a suggestion and you can use your own words. Feel the fear, own it and then let it go. It is just part of the process.....as they say FEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAY!!! We are being told more and more to just be and allow the processes to take place. Do not feel that you will have missed out on anything in the first seminars as everything we do is in connection to our Golden Triangle and these divine higher aspects of ourselves etc. are not going to let that happen....we will have received whatever it was that we needed even though we may not have been aware of it. It is a "team" effort whenever we participate in these seminars and the"team" is determined that all will be perfect on the day. Part of this journey is learning to have FAITH AND TRUST! As I said at the beginning....YOU ARE DOING WELL!!! (BB)

Q - I am currently studying level one. My one concern is not knowing the meaning of the words we are chanting. Could you translate them for me or direct me to a site that explains them?

A - The language that is expressed throughout the activation of the Ankh is the Language of Light or Hebrew. All these commands are designed to set us free. The translation of the words is explained in the prose that precedes the commands. You are asking for freedom and the release of limitation. LA-UM-I-L-GAN the phrase which encapsulates "Calm let they mind be, At rest be thy body..." etc and this is then followed by the command MERKUT-EL SHAB-EL HALE-ZUR-BEN-EL-ZABRUT ZIN EFRIM-QUAR-EL which is your key or command to enter into the Halls of Amenti. This whole process is the journey Thoth took and comes from the Emerald Tablets and its purpose is for us to release and clear negative energy. LAY-OO-ESH means Pillar of Light. Please release any fear around this process as it is really very beautiful and a step towards our true freedom. This meditation is carried through each Level of the Melchizedek Method but in an abbreviated form...it forms part of our daily routine. It is very important. (BB)

Q - I do the Level 3 Daily Routine Longer Version almost every day. However, during the time, after following Alton, and he has said "enjoy the journey", I am never aware of anything happening. I wonder whether on higher levels than the physical actually there are things occurring which I am in fact experiencing on one or more levels or bodies. Is there anything else I can do, or should be doing, to ensure that the benefits from the daily routine mediation are being received?

A - I believe what you say is true, that we are receiving whatever we need when we make that connection with our Body Elemental, Higher Self and I AM Presence plus guides etc. I do not believe we miss out on anything just because we are not aware of "the journey". We are multi-dimensional beings so we will be receiving on many levels of existence. We are being told more and more to just be, so I feel it is important that we let go of the having to do all the time. Letting go of our need to control everything, learning to just be, and staying in the moment are becoming more and more important ...so as Alton says..."enjoy the journey" , whatever it may be. (BB)

Q - In Level 2, I was told by my instructor that if the things we placed in the abundance hologram did not manifest within 3 weeks, then they were not supposed to manifest and we could stop trying to get said thing after 3 weeks. Is this correct?

A - If the program has not manifest in that period maybe you could go through the process again and place the command using different words....there may also be a block to you manifesting so you could ask for help in resolving any limitation or impediment to you coming into your abundance...personally I would be very focused and continue as it may only be a time factor that is in place. It really depends on how you feel about the process.....patience and trust are two key words that keep coming up...... (BB)

Q - Can we go directly to 1 million times God Speed when working with the holograms, instead of going through all the different speeds?

A - If you have worked with 1million times God Speed and feel comfortable with that then use it....this wonderful method is so flexible and can be adapted to the individual need and comfort. (BB)

Q - Is it OK to form the orbital holograms, give commands, etc. without blowing? I ask this because blowing forcefully requires effort, and the force of the exhalation is distracting and irritating. Also, it tends to make one slip out of the desired state of consciousness or relaxation. Would it therefore be OK to omit the blowing altogether, or perhaps substitute the blowing by a normal inhale/exhale through the nose?

A - Expelling the breath under pressure is meant to reinforce your thought intention...it is really like underlining it. Again it is up to the individual how best to express this breath...My experience of teaching this course is that some people are happy to really expel the breath while others are quite content to gently puff and both are acceptable.
